No quarterback has rushed for more yards in a game than San Francisco 49ers' second-year QB Colin Kaepernick.

Kaepernick obliterated two of Michael Vick's records when he rushed 16 times for 181 yards in the 49ers' 45-31 divisional-round playoff win over the Green Bay Packers at Candlestick Park Saturday. Vick previously held the record for the most rushing yards for a quarterback in a playoff game with 119 yards, set in 2004, and the record for most rushing yards for a quarterback in a regular season game with 173, set in 2002.

Kaepernick reached the end zone twice on the ground with 20- and 56-yard scores. He also threw for 263 yards and two touchdowns, becoming the first player in NFL history with at least 175 yards passing and rushing in the same game.

Kaepernick, 25, also got it done through the air with 263 passing yards, two touchdowns to Michael Crabtree and an interception.
