NFL releases 2013 draft order: Raiders pick third, 49ers 31st

The first round order of the 2013 NFL Draft was released Tuesday and the Kansas City Chiefs are officially on the clock.

Kansas City was awarded the first overall pick over the Jacksonville Jaguars, who had a stronger strength of schedule than the Chiefs.

The Oakland Raiders will choose third overall after a 4-12 season. The San Francisco 49ers will select 31st overall after their loss in the Super Bowl.

The first round of the 2013 NFL Draft is scheduled to begin on Thursday, April 25 with the second and third rounds set to be completed on Friday, April 26. The remaining rounds will be completed the following day -- Saturday, April 27.
