The alleged assault occurred in a San Francisco hotel early Sunday morning after the 49ers' win over the Green Bay Packers. Crabtree's lawyer said Crabtree would fully cooperate with authorities, and prior to the 49ers' NFC Championship win he met with San Francisco Police Department detectives as part of the investigation.
