Injury report: 49ers at full strength for Sunday

SANTA CLARA -- The 49ers are healthy for Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams, as each of the nine players on the team's injury report is listed as probable.Running back Brandon Jacobs is not one of the players listed on the injury report. But coach Jim Harbaugh did not tip his hand whether Jacobs will have any role in Sunday's game. Jacobs has been healthy for the past five games but has yet to see any action."We'll see," Harbaugh said.
