ALAMEDA - It took all of one second, he said, for first-year Raiders coach Hue Jackson to switch gears from the-lockout-is-lifted mode, to focus on the first round of the NFL draft Thursday evening. But once the first round was finished, and the Raiders stood pat to await their second-round pick Friday, No. 48 overall, Jackson went back to multi-tasking.Especially since he expects Raiders players to begin filtering into the facility beginning Friday with the offseason training program scheduled to start Monday."I love chaos," Jackson said. "Bring it on. That's probably when I'm at my best. I love it. All kinds of stuff was flying around today, right? We get our players back. All of a sudden they say, 'Hey, you get to talk to them now,' and that's what we did. We tried to talk to every last one of them, or text them. We did it all today."Generally, teams hold a mini-camp the weekend after the NFL draft. Jackson, though, was not sure when one would be scheduled.

"There's still some rules that need to come down from the league," he said. "We're going to do everything the right way, then we'll make that decision about when mini-camp will be and when OTAs will be and all the different things we have."Plus, there have been no guidelines yet on free agency. The Raiders have the biggest defensive free agent in the league in All-Pro cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha."Oh boy," Jackson said. "That's where a lot of guys fall in that mix. He's one of them, no doubt. We will continue as we know more. We'll start to definitely take care of those situations as they present themselves."
